Performing SaaS software implementation for clients.
Identifying business requirements through communication with the client or project manager, proposing implementation plans, writing comprehensive business requirements analysis and documentation such as business process maps and variance analysis with software functionality as a basis for project implementation execution and custom development.
Conducting implementation methodology training for key users of the client's project team.
Resolving difficult problems encountered by the project and the client at any time.
Guiding users in software testing and application, and guiding technical consultants in custom development.

College degree or above and at least 1 year of project management work experience.
Sorting and managing customer requirements, communicating with customers and developing project plans and undertaking major implementation work.
Communicate effectively with internal product and R&D departments to drive the progress management of all phases of project development.
Maintain close contact with customers and report project progress to them periodically to ensure that project results can be delivered on time and in quality.
Identify problems and potential risks in the project progress, follow up on the final resolution of the problems and make suggestions for continuous improvement.
