Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the 2021 Internet of Things demonstration projects, the call for projects are divided into "key technology research" and "integration of application innovation" two categories, a total of 179 projects selected.

Two projects from Xiamen were selected, including the project of Yoxin Technology, a subsidiary of Intretech, "Research and industrialization of digital twin technology of intelligent production line based on UMS industrial IoT platform", which was successfully selected in the "Key Technology Tackling Category"!

 

The selected IoT demonstration project is based on the UMS industrial IoT platform for intelligent production lines, providing a low latency, multi-dimensional closed-loop control system for the design, production and feedback of automated manufacturing.

 

This "twin brother" can realize human-machine interaction, data informatization and intelligent decision-making assistance, innovate production methods and help improve the efficiency of the production line.

 

The project realizes lean R&D, intelligent production, lean management, and further builds network collaboration, personalized customization, and service extension functions, which can bring good economic and social benefits to the enterprise.
