On November 4, 2021, Xiamen City 2021 Quality Enhancement Closing Event and Intretech Technology Quality Benchmarking Experience Sharing and Exchange Meeting was successfully held in Intretech Technology Headquarters Building. The event was guided by Xiamen Municipal Administration of Market Supervision and sponsored by Xiamen Quality Association, and nearly 60 people from 40 leading enterprises in Xiamen City, including ABB, Sinopharm Holdings, Dinex and Jianlin Home, participated in the event.
The event was attended by key leaders and experts, including Director Wu Xia of the Quality Division of Xiamen Municipal Administration of Market Supervision, Secretary General Li Hong of Xiamen Quality Association, Assistant President Chen Jiancheng of Intretech Technology, Six Sigma Smart Manufacturing expert Mr. Li Chuanlin of Intretech University, and Deputy Director Lai Yingbin of UMS Information Delivery Center.
At the meeting, the assistant to the president of PCT, Chen Jiancheng, mentioned the quality spirit of PCT people: for a long time, PCT insisted on BLM business leadership model and excellent performance management model, as early as 2017, PCT won the fourth Xiamen Quality Award, the 2016 quality benchmark of industrial enterprises in Fujian Province, summarized the unique quality management model based on the UMS platform, and actively carry out quality innovation, standard innovation and brand innovation, in-depth quality research and quality improvement activities and achieve effective results, improve its own quality management level based on improving intelligent manufacturing and green production, and achieve certain results and for industry exchange and learning.
Cao Hua, a quality expert from China Quality Association, gave a lecture online on "Promotion and Sharing of National Quality Benchmarking Activities", and also elaborated on quality engineering in various countries from an international perspective.
Intretech University Mr. Li Chuanlin gave a keynote speech on "Intretech Technology Advanced Manufacturing Technology Planning and Practice", which introduced that obtaining big data through ubiquitous sensing technology and obtaining knowledge rules or optimization results through data mining and scientific calculations, and then realizing auxiliary decision support, is the main manifestation of intelligent manufacturing at this stage. Intech, in accordance with the three-step strategy of information technology and automation, digitalization and intelligence, in the past two years to virtual manufacturing technology as the core, efforts to cross the digital stage, to lay a solid foundation for the implementation of a comprehensive intelligent manufacturing technology.

UMS technical manager Su Qinghua shares u8D quality cloud platform developed by UMS. u8D quality cloud platform is a SaaS service platform for third-party online quality problem solving, which provides 8D standardized process for feedback problem parties and responsible measure parties, realizing team information sharing, time-bound target achievement, hierarchical review and decision, digital signature confirmation, electronic stamp guarantee for both parties, etc. It is suitable for solving problems such as low process capability index, unqualified products, customer complaints, frequent occurrence and team work required.
After the meeting, Li Hong, Secretary General of Xiamen Quality Association, said that Intrigue has its own unique and successful experience and practice in quality management, and has been widely recognized, winning the Quality Benchmark of Fujian Province in 2016 and Xiamen Quality Award in 2017.
